The Fully Custom model differs from the Semi Custom model in the number of inserts it comes with 5, and the number of bottle slots you can change, also 5. Where as the Semi Custom Model comes with 1 cutting board insert and the ability to modify only 2 bottle slots. The rest of the Semi Custom Bar bottle slots are pre cut smaller and cannot be changed with additional inserts.
