This is my last two of my used but, in excellent shape, Berts Custom Tackle ratchet -Buff Brite- rod holders. Rubber at top of tube is missing. No effect on function. All my other fishing tackle will be listed in the next three to four weeks. To be listed: rod holders, rods, reels, lures, dipsy divers, flashers, etc. There are two ways to assemble these rod holders so they lock in place in multiple locations and do not move due to wave action against the boat (they are set up like this now). Or, you reverse the tube on the base and the rod holders go straight up with a slight slap of the hand on the tube. In this position though, the rod holders go to the vertical position when you are in rough seas in a side to side wave action. Rod Holder RATCHET-BUFF BRIGHT.
