Big Jon dual rod holder for downriggers, Please look very closely at the pics, one of the rod holders has a set screw on the bottom to adjust the angle and the other has the plunger indexable pin type. The plunger is aftermarket and is a bit finicky “sometimes” you may have to wiggle the rod holder, I made a video of it working.
