This is 1 new triple rod mount and is the first offering by S. This triple rod mount fits Angler Pal rod holders. You supply the Angler Pal holders. Your Angler Pal rod holders just screw on down to the mounting pucks with ¼- 20 stainless steel fasteners that are supplied. You run them just like the Big Jon style triples. Can be used to run 3 planer board rods vertically or pull 3 dipsy rods horizontal to the water in a 1- 2- 3 setting formation, which can be seen in one of the pictures. The main rod of the mount is 7/8 diameter by 18 long. The mounting pucks are fully adjustable with a 3/16 Allen wrench – a maximum spread of 8 on center can be obtained between mounting pucks. This triple mount is made from 6061 air craft aluminum and machined on a computer controlled Haas machining center for superior accuracy. All hardware is stainless steel. A 4 x 4 permanent mounting plate with stainless steel thumb screws is included with this triple rod mount. If you already have a Big Jon 4 x 4 permanent mounting plate on your boat now, it will fit that bolt pattern. REMEMBER, ROD HOLDER(S) ARE NOT INCLUDED. NOTE: The 3 hole mounting flange on the older Angler Pal holders may need to be opened up with a ¼ drill bit to accommodate the new ¼- 20 stainless steel fasteners.
