It features a 360 degree horizontal swivel base with 16 index positions (locks every 22.5 degrees). Simply pull the spring loaded tee handle pin out and rotate as desired. The vertical pivot joint is adjustable at 15 degree increments through a range of approximately -90 degrees to +90 degrees. Adjustments are made using the star knob handle; no tools required. A pair of serrated lock plates secure the pivot at the desired position. Specifications and features: 1-5/8″ diameter rod holder opening, 12″ rod holder tube with 11-1/2″ to the gimbal pin, removable gimbal pin allows for longer rod butts, integrated rod leash, rubber tube collar (both ends), (4) mounting holes are 1/4″ clearance holes on 4″ centers (with horizontal swivel), (4) mounting holes are 1/4″ clearance holes on 2.5 centers (without horizontal swivel).
