We do not recommend this wheel be taken through water as the hub and the bearings are made of steel and would rust. We offer upgraded wheels; the Wheeleez wheels, that will be better if you will be using this in softer sand or through salt or fresh water. This handy dandy item would be great to take on the dock, down to the pier, use around the yard or even take it camping. The handle and foot rest are removable and adjustable to 3 different heights.
